​Schedule outline

Our coach to player ratio will always be 2 players maximum to 1 coach and even quite often 1 on 1 private training or times we even have 2 coaches to 1 player.

All of our training will be at least semi private format lessons.

This is very unique around the world. Few academies or training centres can offer this level and quality of world-class attention, expertise, and close personal attention for each player. 

For us, this is not only about wanting to deliver the best lesson possible for the player, but also we want it to be a great fun tennis experience that stays with them and will remember 

Daily schedule outline 

( This will vary between Pro and junior players. As well as taking into account the different group levels and ages )

Pro/Advanced juniors 

Monday-Saturdsy 

5.5 days of training

This schedule is flexible, and the following factors will always be considered with any changes.

Coaches will take into account the conditions each day and each players'health and well-being, which is always our number 1 priority and concern.

.This may lead to training sessions and the schedule being adjusted accordingly.

This is an exsmple guideline daily schedule for Pro/Advanced juniors is -

4 hours per day on court training. Plus fitness & recovery 1-2 hours 

Wednesday - half day only training. Afternoon free

Saturday - half day - 1 extended longer 3 hour training/match play session

*Each day, there will be a different theme, a specific key area that coaches and players will focus on.

Morning session 8-10

Drilling

Live ball 

Break- Rest - Lunch 

Afternoon session 2-4pm

Match & situational play 

Video analysis sessions to be advised daily 


Intermediate juniors 

2 hours on court training

Morning session

9-11am 

* Additional training outside these hours can be arranged and purchased both private or semi private lessons
